Fulfill payment obligations under the contract, quotation, or agreement between the parties.

4. Technical infrastructure conditions
To use the service stably, customers need to meet the following minimum conditions:

For online software services, OTAVietnam makes efforts to maintain continuous system operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for the following cases:

Technical troubleshooting.

Force majeure events.
For consulting, training, or deployment services, the implementation time will be based on appointments, contracts, or agreements between the parties.
In the event of scheduled maintenance that may affect service usage, OTAVietnam will notify customers in advance via the website, email, or appropriate contact channels (if conditions permit).
6. Scope of service provision
OTAVietnam provides services nationwide and can support customers in other countries or territories when technical, legal, and deployment capabilities are met.
Some services may depend on the policies of OTA platforms, technology partners, or regulations of state management agencies, therefore the scope of provision may change from time to time.
7. Service usage limits
Depending on each service package or contract, OTAVietnam may apply limits on:

8. Cases where OTAVietnam may refuse or temporarily suspend service provision

In cases where prior notice is possible, OTAVietnam will send notifications via email, phone, or appropriate contact channels.
9. Conditions on service availability
OTAVietnam is not responsible for interruptions or inability to provide services arising from:

Internet connection or network infrastructure issues of the customer.

Customer's equipment or software does not meet technical requirements.

Incidents from OTA platforms, cloud service providers, payment gateways, or third-party systems that OTAVietnam does not directly manage.

Changes in policies, APIs, or regulations of partners such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb, Trip.com, or other platforms.

Force majeure events as prescribed by law such as natural disasters, fires, wars, epidemics, widespread power outages, or events beyond the reasonable control of OTAVietnam.
10. Changes to conditions for service provision
OTAVietnam reserves the right to adjust the conditions for service provision to comply with the provisions of law, changes of partners, technology platforms, and actual operating conditions.
Changes will be published on the website https://otavietnam.com before being applied within a reasonable period of time.
11. Effectiveness
This policy is effective from the date of posting on the website and applies to all customers who register or use products and services provided by OTAVietnam.
