Regulations on the obligations of the buyer (customer) and the seller (SCO VIETNAM/ abbreviated as SCO):

Obligations of the Seller:

Provide goods/services exactly as ordered by the customer
Support customers according to commitments, creating convenience for customers.
Advise and guide all information related to products/services so that the Buyer understands and can use the service.
Support the Buyer in resolving complaints, inquiries, and difficulties during the product usage process.
Provide documents related to the Buyer's payment to the Seller such as receipts, invoices, etc., for the total amount the Buyer has ordered during the month upon request.

Obligations of the Buyer:

Correctly follow the procedures and regulations related to the services specified by the Seller.
Pay the Seller the full amount according to the order, accompanied by documents and invoices as prescribed (if any).
Support and provide full information to the Seller regarding transactions when requested by the Seller.

Information Storage Period:

Preserve and store customer transaction data information within 06 months from the date of the transaction.
Keep documents related to customer complaints for 06 months from the date the investigation results are accepted by the customer.

Regulations on Information Confidentiality:

SCO VIETNAM commits that all personal information of Customers when using products on SCO VIETNAM's member websites such as: https:// otavietnam.com will be kept confidential and not disclosed to unrelated third parties without the Customer's consent (except for some necessary cases when requested by legal authorities). When you share information on our website, please clearly state the source URL of SCO's website.
