User Data Deletion Policy

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to users who log in and use OTAVN services through third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

Facebook Login
Google Sign-In

We are committed to protecting privacy and allowing users to proactively request the deletion of all collected personal data.

2. Data Collected

When users log in using Facebook or Google, the system may collect the following basic information (depending on the permissions granted by the user):

Full name
Email address
Profile picture
User ID from Facebook or Google (User ID)

This data is only used for the following purposes:

Account authentication
User management on the OTAVN system
Providing related services

We do not use data for advertising purposes and do not share it with third parties.

3. How to Request Data Deletion

Users can request the deletion of personal data using one of the following methods:

Method 1: Send a request via email

Send email to:

Email subject:

Request for Personal Data Deletion

Please provide the following in the email content:

Full name
Email used for login
Login platform (Facebook or Google)
User ID (if any)

Method 2: Remove application permissions from Facebook or Google

For Facebook:

Access: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
Select the OTAVN/ Hoc-OTAVN app
Click Remove

For Google:

Access: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
Select the OTAVN/ Hoc-OTAVN app
Click Remove access

After access is removed, the OTAVN system will proceed to delete the related data.

4. Processing Time

All data deletion requests will be processed within 07 working days
Once completed, the data will be permanently deleted from the system and cannot be recovered

5. Storage and Security

User data is stored securely
Only used for system operation purposes
Do not share data with any third parties

6. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated to comply with Facebook, Google regulations, and current laws.
Any changes will be publicly announced on the website.
