If you use a desktop/PC, you need to be equipped with a camera/microphone (headset) to communicate. If you use a laptop, it is already equipped. If you use MacOS/Linux operating systems, please install cross-platform support software like Anydesk to use. WE PRIORITIZE USING: ULTRAVIEWER/ ANYDESK + GOOGLE MEET VIDEO CALL/ MEETING SOFTWARE SUPPORTING OTA SALES TRAINING
- OTAVN usually uses Google Meet on web platforms and mobile apps (supporting all Windows, MacOS, Linux operating systems) for video and audio calls instead of using tools like Zalo.
- Video call/audio call software: Telegram (supporting all Windows, MacOS, Linux operating systems) or Zalo, Viber used as alternatives to Google Meet can also be used for OTA Sales training via online 1-1/group methods for individuals or groups.

Note:
- After clicking download, save it to your computer, open the downloaded folder, and double-click to install. For some remote control tools, every time you use them, you must turn on the software on your computer/phone and provide the ID and Password to others so they can access your computer/phone remotely. Each time you open it, there will be a different ID and Password.
- When using Google Meet, you must grant access to the Microphone/camera to be able to chat and exchange. In the browser, click on the padlock icon in the address bar > Site settings > select allow for Microphone and Camera
